And Viola Davis will probably win this year for a movie in which she is saved by a white woman from other white women. And it gets even worse when you look at writing, directing and producing.

EDIT: Whoops, I forgot about Streep who will certainly win.  Point stands though, the nominations for Viola and Octavia were from a movie where Emma Stone was the star and the main character, simply by virtue of being white.
